. >>> first, breaking news in texas where dallas cowboys tackle josh brent is now facing an intoxication manslaughter charge, this after a car accident that killed linebacker jerry brown, a member of the cowboys practice squad. police say the accident happened about 2:20 this morning in the dallas suburb of irving, texas. joining me now on the telephone is clarence hill. he covers the cowboys for the ft. worth star telegram. clarence, first of all, pick up the story from there. what else can you tell us? >> well, the newest thing we realized this is not josh brent's first run-in within alcohol-related traffic accident or a traffic incident. he was arrested in february 22nd, 2009 for driving under the influence. it was at college in illinois and suspended indefinitely. his sophomore season, he did return for a junior season before coming out in the draft and drafted by the cowboys in the seventh round of the 2010 supplemental draft. >> what else can you tell us about the circumstances that led up to the crash? >> well, they were at a popular spot that a lot of people go to saturday night,
